Daily cleaning for Espresso machine. The Melitta espresso machine must be cleaned at least once
a day to ensure a quality product and trouble free operation.
For 24-hour restaurants: Between 10:30am – 12:30pm

Bucket, clean and
sanitized towels
Daily Cleaning Procedure
Starting the cleaning cycle
Touch the tab for the
cleaning menu and then
press “Clean full system”,
if you want to clean the
machine and would like to
continue operation.
“Clean and switch off full
system”, if you want the
machine cleaned and
switched off at the end of
the cleaning cycle.
Do you want to start the
cleaning process?
The cleaning process cannot
be cancelled
If yes, press “next”
If no, press “cancel”
Press to open the (1) waste
drawer door and pull out the
(2) waster drawer. Empty the
drawer and insert the clean
drawer into the original
position, close the door and
confirm by pressing “Close.”
Insert the cleaning pitcher
Open the refrigerator and
remove the milk connectors
from the milk bags. Place the
milk lines in the empty
cleaning pitcher. Make sure
the connectors are at the
bottom of the pitcher.
Immediately carry the
remaining milk to the walk-in
