Wood skewers adhere to meat better than the metal ones. When using the wood skewers, remember to
soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent them fro m burning in the heat of the

shouldbethosewithflatbladesordualprong.Theflatskewerisdesignedtopreventthefoodfromrotating
