TheITC,orIntelligentTemperatureControlsystemonyourGrillisanintricate andvaluablepieceof
technology.Intheinterestofprotectionfrompowersurgesandelectricalshorts,theITCutilizesa5
Amp,120VoltFast‐Blowfuse.Thissimpleandinexpensivepartcanbeeasilyreplacedwiththe
followinginstructions.
1. Ensurethatthegrilliscool,powered‐down,andunplugged.
2. Supportingtheelectricalboxwithonehand,removethetwoPhillips‐headscrews
securingtheITCtothefrontofthegrill.
3. Ifpossible,leavealloftheconnectionsonthecircuitboardintact.Ifitisnecessary
to
removethemtoinspectthefuse,takenoteoftheirspecificlocation.Marking
connectionswithtapeisaconvenientwaytodothis.
4. InspectthebackoftheITC,takingnoteoftheconditionofthefusecurrentlyinplace.
Carefullyyetfirmlyremovethefuse,pryingit
fromunderneathusingyourthumbora
softinstrument.
5. Ifyouhaveaccesstoamultimeter,checkforcurrentflowacrossthetwonodesofthe
fuse.Ifyoudonot,simplyinspectthefilamentofthefuse.
6. Ifthefuseseemstobeblown,replaceitwithan
identicalfuse,asisidentifiedinthe
figuretotheright.
7. Restoreanyunpluggedconnections.
8. SecuretheITCboardandelectricalboxtothegrillusingthetwoPhillips‐headscrews.
