The fuel injectors are not common to any other engine. Each fuel rail contains three fuel injectors on V6 models, or four fuel
injectors on V8 models.

In‑line Fuel Filter
The in‑line fuel filter is located inside the inlet end of each fuel rail. This in‑line fuel filter consists of a one‑way, reusable filter
element. In the event of fuel contamination, the filter element can be cleaned by backflushing the element with a locally
available fuel system cleaner. Replacement is not required unless the in‑line fuel filter is damaged, punctured, or otherwise
unsuitable for use.
