Cleaning, care and disinfection
Caution!
Pull the mains plug prior to cleaning, care or disinfection.
After cleaning or servicing, always clean or disinfect the device.
Cleaning and care
Never immerse the device in water! The cover was made of a soft skai® material which is
easy to clean. To ensure that you can enjoy your skai® material for a long time, please clean
it regularly.
Soiling with oils, greases and seat has to be removed immediately. Use warm, mild suds and
a microfibre cloth or a soft hand brush.
Do not use solvents, chlorides, polishing agents, chemical cleaning agents or wax polish.
Please note that staining by jeans or other textiles is not included in the manufacturer’s
warranty.
Cleaning:
Ensure that no residues of cleaning or care agents remain on the therapy system.
Clean the therapy system after any soiling.
Caution: Do not use agents which contain oil, grease or alcohol!
This product is not resistant to dry cleaning.
Spots of ink have to be removed immediately.
Disinfection:
With clinical applications of the device or the accessories which require direct contact to
the body, make sure that you disinfect the system prior to and after each use by wiping
and observe the manufacturer’s information on the disinfectant.
Only the following agent is to be used for disinfection:
Cleanisept Wipes 5% cloths by the company Schuhmacher GmbH.
For disinfection/cleaning, please observe the data sheet/instructions by the manufacturer
of the agent used.
Use cloths by the company Schuhmacher GmbH to wipe all surfaces of the therapy
system and the accessories. Only use cloths with an appropriate amount of moisture.
