Troubleshooting
The cause of an error does not necessarily have to be the product. You may save time and
money, if you remedy simple errors yourself. The following information is supposed to help
you with this:
SYMPTOM

MEASURES
 OFF LED does not flash
when device is ready for
operation
 Mains plug of the power
supply unit is not plugged
in the socket
 Massage is in sleep mode
 Coupling connector of the
manual control is not
plugged in properly
 Green LED at the power
supply unit is not lit
 Due to an error in the
electronic control, the
integrated fuse has tripped
 Power supply unit is
defective
 Defective mains fuse or
tripping of the automatic
circuit breaker
 Power outage
 Plug in the mains plug
 Press any key
 Plug in the coupling
connector
 Establish correct plug
connection
 Repair by manufacturer

 Exchange mains fuse, or
