Standard tools
In addition to the special tools detailed in sub-section 9.3 and Table 10.6-2, and
installation tools and equipment detailed in sub-section 6.3, Table 10.6-1 lists a basic
toolkit for performing normal maintenance operations on the pump. A dial test indicator
may also be required to set bearing clearances – verify by reference to section 9.5.5.
Additional tools may also be listed in the motor installation and maintenance
documentation. Refer to Reference Publications, sub-section 11.2.
