8. Trouble Shooting
* Camera is not detected
- Please check if the network and power are connected properly.
- Please check if Proxy is set on web browser. If so, please remove Proxy.
- Please check if URL on web browser is set as HTTPS. If so, please change it to HTTP.
- Please check if Subnet Mask, Gateway and DNS server are correctly configured, in case of static IP.
* Camera is not accessed remotely
- Please check if Firewall and Router are configured properly.
- Please check if camera is set as blocked from remote access.
* Password forgotten
- Default ID and password is root and root respectively.
* No Video Streaming
- Web Client should be installed thru Active X. Please remove Pop-up block on web browser.
- In case of high resolution and high video quality, video streaming can be slow or disconnected. Please adjust the
video resolution and quality properly in case of narrow bandwidth.
- In case that other programs are operating on PC, video can be broken or slow.
