5.2.2. In case of using PoE (Power over Ethernet) equipment
Check out if the PoE Power Option is included in the model before installation.
5.3. Using micro SD card
micro SD card helps record any critical scene even under network disconnection.
5.3.1. To insert micro SD card
- Insert micro SD card in viewing of the direction of the terminal.
- Slide micro SD card smoothly. Hard-handed operation may cause damage to micro SD card.
In case that users insert micro SD card in a wrong direction by force, it may cause damage to micro SD card or
micro SD card slot on the Camera. Do not insert micro SD card on power-on status. Before inserting the micro SD
card, Power should be off.
5.3.2. To remove micro SD card
- Press micro SD card gently. micro SD card is unlocked.
- Remove micro SD card with care. If users remove micro SD card by force in the lock-in condition, it may cause
damage to micro SD card or micro SD card slot on the Camera. Do not remove micro SD card on power-on status.
Before removing the micro SD card, power should be off.

* micro SD card is a consumable goods so that data may not be saved anymore over a certain numbers of reading and
writing. In this case, replace the micro SD card as new one.
5.4. Initial Setup and operation
Before using the Camera, check out the condition of the connections between devices and the status of power supply.
The Camera must be connected to Network and Power must be supplied to each device.
In order to connect the Camera, firstly install MICRODIGITAL's Client Program on the PC.
If the Camera is connected to PC, Web Viewer Program is installed automatically.
For viewing a video stream in Web Browser, ActiveX Control Installation must be allowed in the configuration of Web
Browser.
