You can choose which screen appears
when the coffee machine is switched
on.
– Main menu
– Drinks
– User profiles
– MyMiele
Info (display information)
In the Info option you can choose to
display the number of prepared por‐
tions for each type of drink.
You can also see whether more than
50 portions can be dispensed before
the machine needs to be descaled or
before the brew unit needs to be de‐
greased (No. of portions until ...).
To return to the previous display:
Touch OK.
Locking the coffee machine
(System lock )
You can lock the coffee machine to pre‐
vent it being used without your knowl‐
edge, by children, for example.
Activating and deactivating the sys‐
tem lock
When the system lock is activated, the
Switch on at option for the timer is de‐
activated. The coffee machine will not
switch on at the time set.
Overriding the system lock
While the message Press for seconds to
unlock appliance is in the display,
touch the lock symbol .
As soon as you switch the coffee ma‐
chine off, the system lock will be acti‐
vated again and the coffee machine is
locked once more.
