 Press the button under the handle of
the brew unit  and, whilst doing so,
turn the handle to the anti-clock‐
wise .
 Close the appliance door.
Maintenance programmes
The coffee machine has the following
maintenance programmes:
– Rinsing the appliance
– Rinsing the milk pipework
– Cleaning the milk pipework
– Degreasing the brew unit
– Descaling the machine
Carry out the relevant maintenance pro‐
gramme when the prompt to do so ap‐
pears in the display. Please see the fol‐
lowing pages for more information.
Opening the "Maintenance" menu
The Drinks menu is visible in the display.
 Touch Main menu or .
 Select  Maintenance.
You can now select a maintenance pro‐
gramme.
