1chicken (1.2kg), ready to cook
1 tbsp. oil
1 ½tsp. salt
2tsp. sweet paprika
1tsp. curry powder

Ovenproof dish, 22cmx29cm
Kitchen string
Preparation
Mix the oil with the salt, paprika and
curry powder; then coat the chicken
with it.
Tie the legs together with kitchen twine
and put the chicken breast side up in
the ovenproof dish.
Place the ovenproof dish on the rack
and place it in the oven with the legs of
the bird pointing towards the oven
door. Roast the chicken.
