Payment system
The dryer can be fitted with a Miele
payment system (optional accessory).
This must be connected and
programmed by a Miele Service
technician.
Coins/tokens must be removed from
the payment system regularly,
otherwise it will become blocked.

When connecting a payment
system the plug connector on the
push button switch (see wiring
diagram) must be disconnected
from its position ex-works and
reconnected to the position for
payment system operation.
Failure to do this can cause the
payment system to malfunction.
Room ventilation

Cool air is taken in and then warmed
during the drying process after which
it is expelled from the dryer.
It is therefore very important to
ensure that the room is adequately
ventilated, particularly if the dryer is
located in a small room.

Make sure that the room temperature
is not too high. If there are other heat
producing appliances in the room in
which the dryer is located, make sure
the room is well ventilated and switch
the other appliances off, if possible.
Otherwise running times and energy
consumption could be increased.
