Problem Cause and remedy
Insufficient spray for
the Steam care pro-
gramme.
The fluff filter in the condensed water container
clogged.
Clean the fluff filter in the condensed water con-
tainer. See “Fluff filter in the condensed water con-
tainer”.
The spray jet in the door opening is heavily calcified.
Replace the spray jet. See “Spray jet for the Steam
care programme”.
Only use condensed water. Do not use tap water.
The frequent use of tap water leads to limescale de-
posits.
