If the fan on your Miller Welding System is not operating but weld output is available, check for and remove any obstructions that may be blocking the fan's movement. If there are no obstructions, have a Factory Authorized Service Agent check the fan motor.

If your Miller Welding System has the fan running but no weld output, ensure the Range/Polarity switch is not set between positions. Also, check and tighten the remote control connection to the Remote 14 receptacle, and verify the remote control's functionality. If the unit overheated, allow it to cool down.
