3. Installing PipePro Or Axcess Power Source Systems

. For hooking up the power source, the
wire feeder, polarity switch, welding
guns, accessories etc., see the Owner’s
Manual for the individual unit.
1 Power Source
Mount the power source to the cart as
shown using the 4 supplied 3/8−16 nuts
and bolts.
2 Cooler
Mount cooler to the cart bottom pan with
the supplied 1/4 x 20 x 1.00 in hardware.
3 Polarity Reversing/Isolation Control
4 Mounting Brackets
. Right side bracket will need to be re-
moved from cart and attached to polar-
ity reversing/isolation control and then
reattached to cart.
Mount polarity reversing/isolation control
to brackets as shown using the supplied
8−15 x 1/2 in hardware.
Y Ensure that all components are se-
curely fastened to the cart before
moving.
. The bottom shelf of the cart is
designed to fit the Coolmate
V3 water cooler.
