Air System Maintenance (some models, if equipped)
• Ensure the air lubrication unit dispenses oil, and that the oil reservoir fill level is
maintained. (Use Marvel No. 085, Mobil Velocite No. 10 or equivalent oil, further
details about lubrication type can be found in the mechanical manual)
• Ensure the automatic water trap drain is working.
Adjustments
• Set the air regulator to 90 PSI.(except for air oil lubrication, see below)
Air/Oil Lubrication System (if equipped)
Air/oil regulator should be set to 15 PSI.
Air/oil solenoid operates during “machine
reset” mode only.
See waylube maintenance for information
relating to the oil system.
