• The slit position detection assistance mark can be used to align the LED pointer with the
center of the mark at the right edge of the media more easily.
(1) Align the mark on the carriage with the slit position detection assistance mark.

(2) Align the slit position detection assistance mark with the front edge of the carriage.

• Align with the center of the Afterwards slitting mark. The mark may not be successfully
detected unless aligned with its center.

Check the width of the detected slit line, then press the [ENTER] key.
