What to do if my MIR Robotics will not start a mission?
If your MIR Robotics unit is turned on but won't start a mission, ensure it's not in emergency stop mode, indicated by a red light. Check for obstacles in front of the robot and press the blue lighted button on the emergency stop box.
Why does my MIR Robotics stop on its way to a destination?
If the MIR Robotics unit stops on its way to a destination, first check if the destination is blocked. Ensure that the robot’s destination corresponds with its position on the map. Also, verify that the camera and wheels are unobstructed. To check the status, in the MiR user interface, go to Monitoring > Hardware Health. Tap to open the group Sensors and check that 3D Camera (Floor) is on. If it shows Not started, then go to the Processes menu to turn it on: System> Procceses. Find Sensors & cameras> Floor camera and turn on the camera.
