Water Separator - Bleed Air
Bleed air from the water separator.
The water separator is outside the
scope of our supply.

document as the corresponding manual
of the generator and the supplier's
operation manual.
Fuel Filter - Bleed Air
Bleed air from the fuel filter.
For the location of the fuel filter, refer
to "2
ENGINE - OUTLINE" ( Page 75).
1 Loosen the air vent plug of the fuel
filter by turning it counterclockwise.
Tool: Ring spanner

2 Operate the priming pump up and
down to feed fuel."

3 Wipe off fuel seeped out from the air
vent plug with a waste cloth.
4 Tighten the air vent plug of the fuel
filter by turning it clockwise.
Tool: Torque wrench
Tightening torque: 7.8 to 9.8 Nm {0.8 to 1.0
kgfm} [5.75 to 7.23 lbfft]
