2.13 Installing oil pan
(1)
Clean the mount surfaces of the crankcase, timing gear
case, and oil pan.
(2) Squeeze ThreeBond 1207C (32A91-05100: liquid
gasket) in a 4 mm [0.16 in.] diameter bead all around
the oil pan flange periphery, and spread it.
(3) Install the oil pan to the crankcase within five minutes
of applying the liquid gasket.
(4) Tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque.
