MK-2000 ELECTRIC SAW MAINTENANCE
(A)
Check the belt for proper ten-
sion. Proper tension 1/8-inch
deection.
(B)
Loosen the Motor Mounting Bolts
using a 1/2 inch wrench; if reten-
sioning only go to step F.
BELT INSPECTION
(C)
Loosen the Motor Adjustment
Strap using a 9/16-inch wrench.
(D)
Push the Motor forward to loosen
the belt. Remove the old Belt.
Install the new belt.
(E)
Verify the belt is seated in the
grooves of both pulleys.
(F)
Tighten the Motor Adjustment
Strap using a 9/16-inch wrench
to remove slack.
(G)
Install the Belt Guard.
