Why is there false recognition of sleep?
a. Sleep monitoring depends on body activity. For example, long-term motionless
state may be mistakenly recognized as sleep.
b. As the sleep algorithm takes some time to make judgments, sleep duration less
than 1 hour may not be recorded.

Press the rotating crown to show the app list, select TicOxygen, and you can start
measuring your blood oxygen.
Keep still during the measurement. If any movement is detected during the
measurement, it may cause significant deviation in the measured value or
measurement failure.
