Supported exercise types: outdoor run, outdoor walk, cycling, indoor run
2. Output conditions:
For running and walking exercises, an average speed of more than 4 km/h and a
duration of more than 10 minutes are required.
For cycling exercises, an average speed of more than 15 km/h and a duration of
more than 5 minutes are required (road cycling is recommended).
Note:
• The first use requires internet connection to initialize the algorithm. Please
connect to your phone or Wi-Fi before opening the TicExercise app.
• To ensure data accuracy, please fill in your personal information (gender, age,
height, weight) accurately.
• If the exercise duration is too short or the times of exercises are too low, the
value deviation may be larger. After continuing to exercise, the value will gradually
stabilize.
•
The actual exercise should be consistent with the selected exercise type;
inconsistency may lead to a larger value deviation.
