Chapter 2 Installation Instructions
2.1 Installation Notes
Before installing the device, please confirm the following:
1) Ensure that the equipment is installed in a suitable environment and avoid using it in high
temperature, high humidity, or dusty environments.
2) Do not install the device in a closed environment with poor heat dissipation, as this will shorten
the driver life.
3) Avoid dropping the drive, getting it wet, or placing it in a corrosive environment.
4) Please ensure that all installation accessories comply with local specifications and requirements.
5) Avoid static electricity during installation to avoid damage to the driver.
6) Do not install with power on to avoid electric shock.
7) If the product is damaged, please do not perform any maintenance operations on the driver and
contact after-sales service.
8) This product is a general industrial motor control device and must not be used on equipment that
has very high reliability requirements, such as equipment related to life, major property, and safety
equipment.
2.2 Installation
1) To ensure the firmness and reliability of the installation, please install the driver on a solid table
and drill holes on the table according to the screw hole positions of the driver.
2) Lock the drive to the table with screws, making sure not to miss any screws and tighten them
all.
3) When multiple devices are installed close together, ensure that the core temperature of the
device cluster is not too high. If necessary, install a cooling system.
4) Arrange the drive wiring harness and tie it tightly to avoid difficulties in future maintenance
due to the messy wiring harness.
