3.1 Interface Definition
J1 Power input port:
This interface is the power input port. Please select a suitable power supply to ensure that the driver
can obtain the appropriate input voltage and current. Voltages exceeding the rated input range will
cause the driver to fail to operate and be damaged. The input current depends on the motor load
condition. Please leave enough current margin for the motor . It is recommended that the rated output
current of the power supply should be 1.5 times the output current of the driver .
Pluggable terminal block 2 pins suitable for 0.14~0.15 mm² cable or AWG 28-16 cable
For wiring, please select appropriate cables to match the maximum input power of the drive.
For system stability, please use a regulated power supply whenever possible.
The driver power supply range is 12-50V and should not exceed 55V to avoid damaging the driver.
J2 Motor three-phase line interface:
When connecting the three-phase drive line of the brushless motor, pay attention to the phase
sequence. The wrong wiring sequence may cause the motor to fail to start, vibrate, rotate at low
speed, heat up, or be damaged. If such a situation occurs during the operation of the motor, please
check the three-phase line of the motor and the Hall connection immediately.
Pluggable terminal block 4 pins for 0.14~0.15 mm² wire or AWG 28-16 wire
Please pay attention to the reliability of the wiring when wiring to avoid sudden loosening of the
wiring harness, which may cause changes in the motor's operating conditions and cause injuries to
equipment personnel.
