04# INIT Initialize the radio as follows:
1. Carrier = OFF
2. Power Level = 0
3. Receive Audio = MUTED
4. Transmit Audio = MUTED
5. Signaling Tone = OFF
6. SAT = OFF
7. DTMF & Audio Tones = OFF
8. Audio Path = TO INTERNAL SPEAKER
05# Carrier On Turn carrier on
06# Carrier Off Turn carrier off
NOTE:
Use the PATH command (35A#) to select the audio path to test before using commands 07#
through 10#. (Default path is to internal speaker and microphone)
07# Rx Mute Mute the receive audio
08# Rx Unmute Unmute the receive audio
09# Tx Mute Mute the transmit audio
10# Tx Unmute Unmute the transmit audio
11ABCD# Load Synth Load synthesizer with ABCD
where ABCD = channel number in decimal.
When narrow mode is selected, an

allow channel selection as follows:
0 Selects below channel
1 Selects center channel
2 Selects above channel
12A# Set ATTN Set RF power attenuation to A
where A = attenuation level (0-7; 0= maximum power)

14# ST On Transmit 10 kHz signaling tone (wide mode only)
15# ST Off Stop transmitting signaling tone (wide mode only)
16# SETUP Transmit a five word reverse control channel message;
each of the five words will be “FFOOAA55CC33”. The
transmitter de-keys at end of message.
17# VOICE Transmit a two word reverse voice channel message;
both words will be “FFOOAA55CC33”. The transmitter
de-keys at end of message.

19# VERSION Display software version as
“year, week”
