This manual provides basic information relating to V360 telephones, and also
provides procedures and processes for repairing the phones at Level 1 and 2 service
centers including:
•Unit swap out
Repairing of mechanical faults
Basic modular troubleshooting
Testing and verification of unit functionality
Initiate warranty claims and send faulty modules to Level 3 or 4 repair
centers
