Assembly & Disassembly of Condenser Fan Motor
Note: Ensure the unit is o and the power supply is cut o before removing the motor.
Step Illustration Handling Instruction
5. Fix the new
motor onto the
bracket.
Put the repaired or replaced motor
onto the bracket in the same
direction in removing. Then, screw
down the holding bolt with a wrench.
Note: Keep the motor level vertical
during installation. Then, x the
power cord with bundles at original
locations.
6. Install and x
fan blade.
Re-install fan blade and screw
down the holding bolt indicated
by the arrow with a wrench.
Note: Level of force should be within
8-12N when screwing down the bolt.
After that, place glue into the gap in
between bolt and hole.
7. Re-Install the
rear grille.
Put the rear grille back and tighten
the screws.
8. Reconnect the
power cord.
Reconnect the power cord
according to the circuit mark on
the electrical box.
Note: After connection, arrange
leading wires and rex them with
bundles at original locations. Close
the cover plate of electrical box
hermetically. No cable should contact
the pipe and moving parts, such as
the fan.
