Using 4- or 6-Channel Audio Function
Testing the Connected Speakers
To ensure that 4- or 6-channel audio operation works properly, you may need to test
each connected speaker to make sure every speaker work properly. If any speaker
fails to make sound, then check whether the cable is inserted firmly to the connector
or replace the bad speakers with good ones.
Testing Each Speaker
1. Click the audio icon from the window tray at the lower-right corner of the
screen.
2. Click the Speaker Test tab.
3. The following window appears. Select the speaker which you want to test by
clicking it.
Subwoofer
Front Right
Rear Right
Center
Front Left
Rear Left
MSI Reminds You...
6 speakers appear on the “Speaker Test” window only when you
select “6-Channel Mode” in the “No. of Speakers” column. If you
select “4-Channel Mode”, only 4 speakers appear on the window.
