    • 1 x 4-pin SATA power connector.
    • 1 x 2-pin SATA DOM power connector.
  • Environmental:
    • Operating Temperature: 0°C to 45°C.
    • Operating Humidity: 0% to 85% (non-condensing).
  • Certifications: CE, FCC (Class A).

Usage Features:

  • CPU Installation: The motherboard features an AM5 CPU socket with clear indicators (notches and a golden triangle) to ensure correct CPU alignment and placement. Users are advised to apply thermal paste and ensure the heatsink is firmly installed to prevent overheating.
  • Memory Population: Supports UDIMM DDR5 memory. For optimal performance, paired memory installation is recommended. If only one DIMM is used per channel, it should be populated in the DIMMA2 slot. Users should populate the same DIMM type in each channel, matching DIMM size and number of ranks.
  • Storage Configuration: Offers versatile storage options with six SATA 3.0 ports and two M.2 slots. The M.2 slots support PCIe 4.0 x4 SSDs. A jumper (JSEL_M1) allows users to select between M2_1 and PCIE_2, as they cannot operate simultaneously.
  • Networking Flexibility: Provides a combination of 1GbE and 10GbE RJ45 ports, including a dedicated management port, to cater to various network speed requirements and remote administration needs.
  • Remote Management (IPMI): The Aspeed AST2600 IPMI 2.0 with iKVM support enables out-of-band management, allowing administrators to monitor, diagnose, and manage the server remotely, even if the operating system is unresponsive.
  • Front Panel Connectivity: A dedicated front panel connector (JFP1) allows for easy connection of chassis switches and LEDs, including power, reset, HDD activity, and system ID indicators.
  • Debug LEDs: Onboard LEDs, including BMC Heartbeat LED (BMC_LED1) and Port 80 Debug LEDs (LED_H1, LED_L1), provide visual feedback on the motherboard's status and POST progress, aiding in troubleshooting.
  • Chassis Intrusion Detection: A chassis intrusion header (JCHASSIS) allows for connection to a chassis intrusion switch, triggering a warning in the BIOS if the chassis is opened, enhancing physical security.
  • Jumper Configuration: Several jumpers, such as JSEL_M1 and JSEL_BMC1, allow for specific hardware configurations, including enabling/disabling M.2 slots or PCIe slots, and selecting between CPU or BMC for certain functions. Users are cautioned not to adjust jumpers while the system is on.

Maintenance Features:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Adheres to WEEE, CE, and FCC (Class A) standards, ensuring environmental responsibility and electromagnetic compatibility.
  • Safety Guidelines: Provides clear safety instructions regarding battery handling, electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention during component installation, and general equipment handling to prevent damage and ensure user safety.
  • Troubleshooting Aids: The Port 80 Debug LEDs display hexadecimal codes during POST, which can be referenced against a provided table to diagnose startup issues. The BMC Heartbeat LED indicates the status of the Baseboard Management Controller.
  • Cooling System: Features nine 4-pin fan headers, including one for liquid cooling (PUMP1), allowing for comprehensive and flexible cooling solutions to maintain optimal operating temperatures and prevent overheating.
  • Power Connector Security: Emphasizes the importance of securely connecting all power connectors to the power supply to ensure stable operation of the motherboard, a critical aspect of system reliability.
  • Documentation Reference: Encourages users to refer to the CPU cooler package documentation for detailed installation instructions and to the expansion card documentation for configuring hardware and software settings.
  • BIOS Monitoring: Advises users to read the CPU status in the BIOS for monitoring and diagnostic purposes.
