What to do if the MTE RL Industrial Electrical filter output voltage is not within specification?
    • M
      Mr. Dalton MasonJul 28, 2025
If the filter output voltage isn't within the specified range, several factors could be at play. First, check that the reactor input voltage is within its specified tolerance, referring to the reactor service conditions and performance specifications. Also, verify that the source impedance is within the acceptable range, again consulting the reactor's specifications. The drive setup parameter might not be configured for an input reactor, so you should consult the drive manufacturer to update the setup. Finally, extreme voltage transients, like switching between voltage sources, can cause issues. Avoid source switching without proper phase synchronizing or a reasonable time delay.

How to troubleshoot no line voltage at MTE Industrial Electrical reactor output terminals?
    • H
      harmonjoelAug 11, 2025
If there's no line voltage at the reactor output terminals, the issue could stem from a couple of things. First, ensure that the power to the reactor is turned on. If the power is on, check the external line fuses; if one or more are blown, verify the continuity of line fuses in all phases and replace any that are not working.
