2) Initially when temperature reaches to the Set value decided, during that period RELAY 1 (R1)
turns ON. When it crosses to the Set value then RELAY R1 becomes OFF. Again when it reaches
SEt - HYS where Hysteresis is fixed 2°C it will turns ON again RELAY (R1).
3) Here, Relay R1 is for controlling purpose. It operates only when temperature reaches to the set
point.
4) By pressing both & keys one can see on the lower display which particular rate or
which particular hold time is going on.
5) Every Higher stage set point is always greater than all its lower stage set point except the last
stage (9) set point. The ninth stage set point can set to any value from 0 to 1200 °C.
Note # 1: When you operate this unit first time, you can freely play with key
to understand key operations, previously set parameter will remain unaffected as long as you
don’t press key.
