10� Monteer de hefarmen (g. 11).
Verbind de hefarm en de drager door assen.
Installeer de hefarm op de drager, en maak zeker dat de arm vergrendeling werkt.
11� Vul hydraulische olie in (antislijtage hydraulische olie #32 voor de winter, #46 voor de zomer).
De inhoud van de tank bedraagt 10 l. Voor een goede werking van de machine, moet de tank tot minstens 80% worden
gevuld.
12� Proefdraai.
1. Volg de gebruiksinstructies en vergeet niet dat er geen voertuig op de brug mag worden geplaatst tijdens de proefdraai.
2. Controleer dat de veiligheidspennen correct inschakelen tijdens de werking van de hefbrug.
3. Controleer en maak zeker dat alle verbindingen goed vast zitten.
4. Zet geen voertuig op de hefbrug tijdens het proefdraaien.

Connect the lifting arm and the carriage by shafts.
Install the lifting arms onto the carriages and ensure the arm lock could work.
Step11: Fill with hydraulic oil.
The volume of oil tank is 10L.To insure the lift work normally, the amount of oil in it should at least reach 80% of the tank’s total
volume.

Step12: Trial running.
1. Do refer to the operation instructions in advance and keep in mind that no vehicle left on the lift in the process of trial running.
2.Check if mechanical locks can be well engaged or released in the running process. Adjust by screwing the hex head screw as
showed in the following drawing in case the locks do not work well. (Screw clockwise in case the lock can not release and screw
counterclockwise in case the lock can’t be engaged.)
3. Check and ensure all the connections are in good condition.
4. No vehicle on the lift during trial running.
