Installing the Hardware
and Software
This chapter explains how to install the FieldPoint hardware and software.
What You Need to Get Started
To set up and use LabVIEW RT with the FP-20xx, you need the following:

FP-20xx network module

Mounting hardware (DIN rail or panel-mount accessory)
❑
Terminal base(s) and I/O module(s)
❑
Power supply
❑
Accessories: Ethernet cable, screwdriver
❑
FieldPoint Software CD
❑
A host PC running Windows 2000/NT 4.0/XP/Me/9x

LabVIEW RT software
