Resistance Decrease (d) button- Decreases the workout resistance level
Incline Increase (c) button- Increases the Incline angle of the Rail Assembly
Incline Decrease (d) button- Decreases the Incline angle of the Rail Assembly
QUICK START button- Begins a Quick Start workout
