10.Insertanewrotorassemblyintothecoverassemblyand
rmlypressuntilitseats.
11.Inserttherotorinletwiththebearinginthebodyassembly.
Pressthecoverandbodyassembliestogether.
12.Positionthebandclampoverthecoverandbodyanges.
Engagetheteeboltandturnthebandclamphandleand
tightensecurely.
13.Starttheengineandcheckallconnectionsforleaks.
•Ifnoleaksareobserved,shutdownengine.
•Ifleaksareobserved,shutdownengineandcorrect
leaks.Startengineagainandobserveforleaks.Ifno
leaksareobserved,shutdownengine.

ResettheServiceIntervalMessage(changeengineoil)perthe
followingprocedure:
1.Ifnotalreadydone,settheparkingbrake.
2.TurnignitionswitchtoON.
3.TurncruiseON.
4.TurncruiseOFF .
5.TurncruiseON.
6.Veryrapidlypushtheresumeswitchfourtimesandthenhold
downonthefthtimeforfourseconds.
7.TheChangeOilmessageshouldclear.
8.TheoperationfromthetimethecruiseisturnedONfor
thesecondtimetothefthactivationoftheresumeswitch
musttakeplacewithinsixseconds.Ifyoufailtoresetthe
message,repeattheprocess.
