9.SlowlyllcoolingsystemwithnewELC50/50Premixor
Concentrateandwatermixtureuntilcoolantisatthemid
pointbetweentheADDandFULLlevelsofthecoolanttank.
10.Installandtightenthecoolanttankcapuntiltheplasticcap
clicksorthemetalcaprunsupagainstthedetent.
CAUTION
Topreventenginedamage,disconnectelectrical
connectorattheEGRvalvebeforerunningengine
topurgeairfromcoolingsystem.Failuretodoso
couldcausefailureofEGRcooler.
11.DisconnectelectricalconnectorattheEGRvalve.
12.Starttheengine.
13.Allowtheenginetooperateatafastidleuntiltheengine
reachesnormaloperatingtemperature.
14.Astheenginewarmsup,makesurecoolantisowing
throughcoolantlinethecoolantlinewillfeelwarmtothe
touch.
