Offers six options:
RTS is always low, CTS is ignored (

RTS is always high, CTS is ignored (

NCR 7800 raises RTS and waits for CTS to go high
before transmitting (

NCR 7800 raises RTS before transmitting and ignores the
state of CTS (

When considering these, note that RTS can be controlled and
CTS can only be monitored. Scan the appropriate

tag to set the Handshake option. The default is
RTS High Wait For CTS.
