Power-Up Message
A power-up message can be sent at power-up or upon
receiving a Send Power Up Message command.
Enables or disables the Power-Up Message function. The
default is Disable.
Stores the content of the power-up message. Up to twelve
pairs of hex characters from the ASCII Code Chart can be
entered.
