Collecting Configuration Information
This section describes how to collect hardware information or configuration.
Tips
If a STOP error, system error, or system stall occurs, restart Windows and then
follow the procedure below.
Windows Server 2016
4.2.1
1. Right-click the lower left of screen, and click Run from the menu displayed.
2. Type msinfo32.exe, and then press <Enter> key.
System Information will start.
3. Click Export from File menu.
4. Type a file name to save in File Name, and then Click Save.
