End the transmission of images
Exit Image Express Utility 2.0.
Holding conferences
Disclose a file to the participants of the conference.
Click the projector icon ( ) on the Windows taskbar.
A pop-up menu will be displayed.
Click [Exit].
"Saving Of File For Reopening Meeting" will be displayed.
Click [Exit].
Follow steps through in "n Connecting Projector" of "1-1. Sending
Images to Projector" ( page 45).
The screen of your personal computer will be projected from the projector.
Click the projector icon ( ) on the Windows taskbar.
A pop-up menu will be displayed.

• To disclose a file to the participants, selection can be made only in folder units.
Therefore, a folder only having files that can be disclosed to the participants must
be created in advance.
