Click Windows [Start] → [All Programs] → [NEC Projector User Supportware 2]
→ [Viewer PPT Converter 3.0] → [Viewer PPT Converter 3.0], in that order.
Viewer PPT Converter 3.0 will be started.
Click [Browse], select a PowerPoint file to be converted, and click [Open].
Click [Next].
