Colors are not displayed correctly if the number for colors of
Windows is 256 or fewer colors (IEU2.0/DCU1.0).
It takes time to send images from the personal computer to
the projector (IEU2.0).
Isn't the personal firewall function used on your personal computer?
Is Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) installed?
If Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) is installed, the setting of the
firewall is enabled.
To use this software on a personal computer where the personal firewall func-
tion is used, setting of the personal firewall function may be necessary. If the
personal computer cannot communicate correctly with the projector, change
the setting of the personal firewall function.
For how to set the personal firewall function, refer to the User’s Manual of the
software, or consult the software developer.
Image Express Utility 2.0 and Desktop Control Utility 1.0 do not support
256 or fewer colors.
Set the number of colors of Windows to High Color (15 bits) or more.
Depending on the application software, the number of colors changes when
the full screen is displayed.
Depending on the image, it takes time to send.
To send images to two or more projectors at the same time, the
transmission time increases as the number of projectors increases.
The transmission time may vary depending on the network
environment.
The transmission time may vary depending on the performance of
the personal computer and on the other application software
running at the same time.
If the resolution of the personal computer is different from that of the
projector, the transmission time increases because the resolution must
be converted.
It is recommended to set resolution for both the personal computer and pro-
jector as the same.
To send images to the LT265/LT245, set the resolution of the personal com-
puter to 1024 × 768 dots.
