Verify that both the router and the power source are turned on and supplying sufficient power. You can also try turning the router off and then on again. If the problem continues, it may indicate a hardware issue.

Also, your computer and the router's IP addresses must be on the same subnet for LAN access; you can check the subnet on the Network Setup page. If you've changed the router's IP address, use the new address in your web browser. If problems persist, reset the router to factory settings by holding the reset button for 7 seconds until the LEDs turn off, then navigate to 192.168.20.1 and log in with the username "admin" and password "admin".

  If you cannot access the NetCommWireless Network Router (NF10WV) from the WLAN or ping any computer on the WLAN, first check the Wi-Fi LED on the front of the unit to ensure that the WLAN is enabled. If you're using a static IP address for the WLAN connection, verify that the IP address and subnet mask of both the router and your computer(s) are on the same subnet. You can check the router's configuration on the Network Setup page.
