  To access the web configuration pages of your NetCommWireless Gateway, first, check that you have enabled remote administration access. If you have configured an inbound packet filter, ensure your computer’s IP address matches it. Also, your computer’s and the NF18ACV’s IP addresses must be on the same subnet for LAN access. If you have changed the device's IP address, enter the new one in your web browser. If problems persist, reset the router to factory defaults by pressing the reset button for 3 seconds. When the Power LED blinks, defaults are restored, and the NF18ACV restarts. Then, navigate to 192.168.20.1 and enter 'admin' as the username and password.

  If you cannot access the NF18ACV from the WLAN or ping any computer on the WLAN, check the WiFi LED on the front of the unit and verify the WLAN is enabled. Also, if you are using a static IP address for the WLAN connection, ensure that the IP address and the subnet mask of the NF18ACV and your computers are on the same subnet. You can check the router's configuration from the Network Setup page.

What to do if I forgot my NetCommWireless NF18ACV Gateway password?

  If you've forgotten your login username and/or password, press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds, and then release it. When the Power LED begins to blink, the defaults will be restored, and the NF18ACV restarts. You can then log in with the factory default username and password 'admin'. It is highly recommended to change the default username and password and store it in a safe place.
