With the help of the analyzer ring you can turn the analyzer from 0° to 90°.
In orthogonal polarization observa-
tion, it is necessary to turn the ana-
lyzer to make the vibration directions
of the polarizer and the analyzer per-
pendicular to each other and the field
of view is darkest.
