Power
System will not Power up a) C-6 Controller must be plugged into an
unswitched AC outlet.
b) Power cord must be plugged into C-6

Keypads will not power up Check connections and polarity of control and
common wires from controller to Keypads.
Keypads
Keypads do not show source names a)Check C-6 Controller Setup Menu ‘Naming

Tuner
Poor reception a) Are antennas connected?
b)Reposition antennas to improve reception.
No stations in presets Stations must be stored in Presets. See

Audio
No Audio From Source a) Is source ON?

appropriate source input on C-6 Controller?
c) Is source playing?
No Audio In Zone a)Are speakers connected?
b)Is Zone ON?
c)Is Zone volume turned up?
No Paging Audio Signal In Zones a)Be sure page audio source is connected to
the Page Audio jack on the C-6.
b)Be sure 12V Page Trigger input is
connected. Check polarity.
C)Be sure Page trigger device is outputting
12-24VDC.
No Audio in Expansion Zones a)Check connection of 52 pin ribbon cable.
