MENU 4.1 - OPERATING MODE
Operating mode

Alternative: Heating
The operating mode for S1256 is normally set to "Auto". It is
also possible to select operating mode "Add. heat only". Se-
lect "Manual" to choose that functions will be activated.
If "Manual" or "Add. heat only" is selected, selectable options
are shown further down. Tick the functions you want to ac-
tivate.
Operating mode "Auto"
In this operating mode, S1256 automatically selects which
functions are permitted.
Operating mode "Manual"
In this operating mode you can select what functions are
permitted.
"Compressor" is the unit that produces heating and hot
water for the home. You cannot deselect "compressor" in
manual mode.
"Add. heat" is the unit that helps the compressor to heat
the home and/or the hot water when it cannot manage the
entire requirement alone.
"Heating" means you obtain heating in the home. You can
deselect the function when you do not wish to have the
heating on.
Caution
If you deselect "Add. heat" it may mean that insuf-
ficient hot water and/or heating in the accommod-
ation is achieved.
Operating mode "Add. heat only"
In this operating mode the compressor is not active, only
additional heat is used.
Caution
If you choose mode "Add. heat only" the com-
pressor is deselected and there is a higher operat-
ing cost.
MENU 4.2 - PLUS FUNCTIONS
Settings for any additional functions installed in S1256 can
be made in the sub menus.
