View picture: You can scroll a
picture or animated picture
which cannot be entirely shown
on the display. and (or
and ) scroll the picture
up or down. and
scroll the picture left or right.
Press Options for the following:
Next picture, Prev. picture or
Save picture. With the Save
picture option you can save
pictures as normal screen savers.
If the picture to be saved is too
large for a screen saver, move the
box shown over the picture to
select the area that you want to
save and press Select.
Ending a WAP connection
When you are using a WAP service:
• Press Options, scroll to Exit, and
press Select. When the text Quit
browsing? is shown, press Yes.
The phone terminates the
connection to the WAP service
and ends the call.
• When browsing with Data as
bearer, press once to end
the data call. Press once
more and the phone will exit the
browser without any
confirmation.
Adjusting the appearance
settings of WAP pages
1. When no WAP connection is in
progress: In the Services menu,
select Settings, then select
Appearance settings.
When a WAP connection is in
progress: Press Options and
select Appear. setting.
2. Select Text wrapping or Show
images,
3. Select On or Off for Text
wrapping and Yes or No for Show
images.
When Text wrapping is set to On,
the text continues on the next
line if it cannot be shown on one
line.
When Show images is set to No,
any pictures appearing on the
WAP page are not shown. This
may speed up the browsing of
WAP pages that contain a lot of
pictures.
Saving and managing
bookmarks
When no WAP connection is in
progress
1. In the Services menu, scroll to
Bookmarks and press Select.
